How dare I create this website, this IDENTITY? Who am I to share this wisdom?
There are so many teachers, healers, lightworkers, wisdom sharers. Why should I take up space in the field?
These are thoughts that have held me back for so long.
And now, I am stepping into the light. I am sharing my wisdom, my experiences, what’s up in my life right now, what lessons I’m learning…
In the hopes that it will benefit you in your life, in all the roles you are performing or aspiring to perform.
I am adding my words because if I can bless one life with what I share, great! If I can bless ten lives, better! If I can start a bonfire, or fan the flames and make it larger, that’s EVERYTHING.
I want to inspire and facilitate transformation of my sisters in our pursuit of living an authentic fully-expressed feminine and divine life.
I realized that I could give myself permission to be an “expander.”
This concept is described so well by Lacy Ann Phillips. Expanders are people who inspire you, but whom you may also feel intimidated by, like they have something you don’t, or are in a club where you don’t belong.
The trick is to remember that the inspiration part is the map inside, to what you already have, and are poised to manifest.
As I developed the Divine Hustler concept and this website, I worried that people would compare themselves to what I’ve achieved and make themselves small.
And I didn’t think I deserved to join the ranks of leaders, to take up more space in the Universal Field.
Who was I to create my own design firm and succeed? Who am I to create this?
Now, I recognize: Who am I NOT to? I deserve it. You deserve it. We all do. The world needs us to tell our stories. To bring humanity to our human experience.
You know the Marianne Williamson quote, from her book, A Return to Love:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
If I can be an expander for somebody else, that would be a gift.
I have finally given myself permission to really step up and stand in the light.
So much content is already out there, yes. I will link to it, quote from it, learn the lessons, forget and learn them again.
The thing is, information flows through us and you never know what’s going to land, when, or how it might transform a life.
Lately, as I’ve been witnessing the growth of my daughter, and my soul-daughter, a young woman who recently moved in with my family during a difficult time in her life, I’ve been particularly noticing how I can impact them by seeing their wholeness before they can see it for themselves, holding space for that, and reflecting it back to them.
What would the world be like if I, you, if we all could really be nurturing and sharing the power of the Feminine?
Who do you know who is killing herself to be successful? What if self-care is the true path to success? And what if that path is effortless?
I call myself Divine Hustler because of this question:
How do we put the Divinity of being connected to Source into the daily Hustle of being human?
I love Interior Design work. I will do it my whole life.
And, the thing I will never not do, the thing I do nearly every waking moment, 24/7, is think about, talk about, and connect to spirituality, inspiration, and transformation with my soul-sisters.
In my life, I have impacted lives, creating change through transforming environments via Interior Design, making homes better and lives better by bringing in beauty and grace.
To be able to do that work well, I have done a tremendous amount of personal transformation.
As the Divine Hustler, I get to share with you the wisdom I have gained, and share life-changing tools and ideas, so that we all can flourish.
To our continued growth!
